What is Flexi Bags?
The flexi bag is a large bladder that is designed to fit inside the 20ft container, used for the transport of foodstuffs, industrial grease, non-hazardous liquid chemicals, such as wine, juices, edible oils, base oils, latex, and many others. Flexitank can be transported by land, railway, and sea.
DooFlexi flexi bag system includes a flexitank body, bulkhead board, steel bar, filling and discharge valves, air release valve, corrugated paper, flexitank heating pad. The common volume size is from 16,000L to 24,000L.
Our flexitank's valves, polyethylene liner, and woven polypropylene outer sleeve are certificated by SGS comply with PAS 1008:2006 and COA code of practice. The inner PE film and valves meet FDA standards.
The Flexi-bag passes the COA standard rail impact test. We possess full set certificates and approvals, such as SGS, Kosher, Halal, CRCC, EC, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000.
