Audited Supplier Collapsible pillow tanks for non-potable water are one economical storage solution for emergency or long time water storage. DOOWIN non-potable water bladders are made of special designed PVC or TPU coating fabric. These collapsible water pillow tanks can be used to store gray water, service water, black water, wastewater, production fluids, brine, and various other type waters. Collapsible water bladder can be fold flat for easy storage and shipment, and easy to fill and drain.
Non-potable water bladder are designed with several different materials to match different water types needing to be stored for recreational facilities, mining, industrial facilities, municipal, construction site and other application. Please refer its application.

Please refer below general drawing for the small, middle and large non-potable water bladders pillow tanks. We can made the customized design upon request.
Inlet Fittings: The standard filling fitting is 2", 3" and 4" high quality PP flange with cam-lock with one safety cap (refer below picture). The other material filling port and camlock are available upon request. We can do aluminum or stainless steel flange and cam-lock, with stainless steel or brass ball valves.

The fabrics are coated with PVC or Polyurethane (TPU) depending on the type of liquid you want to store in pillow tanks, storage environment, and intended storage time. Fabrics may change in weight or in thickness depending on your specific storage application.
Our collapsible bladder pillow tanks are made of extremely robust flexible fabric material. These fabrics have high-strength polyester base fabric and special inner coating. It has super high UV resistant, or oil resistant. It cannot be cracked after long time use.

A: The warranty period is 12 months or 18 months from the shipping date.
2. Q: Do you provide rent service, contract service?
A: We have many water bags and air lift bags ready for rent service for clients all over the world.
We have ability to design and can contract the load testing project, with our own water bags and workers.
3. Q: What is the production standard and safety factor?
A: All underwater air lift bags are manufactured in compliance with IMCA D016, safety factor is 5:1.
All crane load test water bags are manufactured in compliance with LEEA051, safety factor is 6:1.
4. Q: Do you have stock?
A: We have many normal size underwater air lift bags and load test water bags in stock. Ready for shipment.
5. Q: What kind of certificate do you provide?
A: Our load test water bags are Type Certificated by TUV NEL. We can provice ABS, BV, LR third party certificate.
Provide the certificate for masterlink, shackles, lifting belts and other accessories.
